A 30–60 second practice

Try this once, slowly. If it helps, repeat it. If not, you can simply rest.

In this moment, I am safe enough.
This feeling can be here.
I am allowed to be gentle.

Now take one slightly longer exhale. (No force. Just a little longer.)

If you only do one thing

  • Feel your feet on the floor.
  • Exhale slowly one time.
  • Say inwardly: “Safe enough.”

Relief can be small. Small still matters.
